Michigan PKU

Hello PKU families.  I have never blogged before, but am very excited to learn.  I think this will be a great way to keep in touch with local MI families.  I have one PKU son who is three, a four year old daughter, and twin one year olds.  I am always looking for good recipes because my son is a picky eater.  He still has not eaten vegetables that are not Gerber baby food.  This is a total toddler behavior, but if there are any ideas out there please help!  He insists he doesn't like veggies even though he hasn't tried them.  I am also very interested in hearing ideas about PKU activites.  I would love to plan more pku events, I just need some ideas to see what people are interested in.  Maybe we could plan at least three events around the state each year!  How great would that be.  I also love to travel so this would be perfect for our family.
