   Hash brown Burgers

1/2 cup Ore-Ida hash browns
1/2 package McCormick beef and herb gravy mix
1/3 cup water
Brown food coloring paste
2-3 Tbsp oil

Let hash browns thaw for about 1/2 hour. Then put in a food processor and process until fairly mushy. Put in bowl and add  the gravy mix, 1/3 cup of water, food coloring paste, and oil. Put in small casserole and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. The mixture will be quite moist. Then  add 1 1/2 of Ener-g Methylcellulose and the patties held together extremely well. You can get the methylcellulose  at Ener-g foods, or you can try low protein bread crumbs.
It's around 36mg each patty, recipe makes 3 medium size patties (94 g each)
