Meat" 2 C (180 gm) grated
mushrooms 1 C (120 gm) grated
zucchini squash 1 C (75 gm) shredded
hash browns (frozen) 1 pkg. G Washington's
Brown Broth 2 slices low pro bread,
toasted and made into crumbs 1/2 oz bag Wise Onion
Rings, crushed in the bag 1 tsp. egg replacer 1 Tbsp catsup 1 Tbsp Wel-Plan Baking
mix garlic salt and other
seasonings to taste Mix all the ingredients
into a large bowl with a spoon and shape into burgers or meatballs, then brown
nicely on both sides in hot oil. Makes 8 burgers ( or many more meatballs
depending on size).
