Wacky Chocolate Cake
6 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 1/2 C dp wheat starch
1 tsp baking soda
1 C cold water
3 Tbsp cocoa powder
1 C sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp white vinegar
Preheat oven to 350
degrees F. Mix all ingredients with a fork or whisk. Put into greased 8x8 pan or
make 9 cupcakes. Bake for 35". Frost witha phe-free vanilla-type canned
frosting. Makes 9 servings.
